For the last 4 years, I've been leading workshops for women working with group sizes from 12-150 people. But 10 years ago, just being asked "what's your name and where are you from" in a meeting would make my heart race. I was terrified of public speaking. I let this fear and a lack of confidence dictate my career choices and ultimately my happiness. If you told me 10 years ago that I would be where I am now, I wouldn't have believed it for a minute! But my journey to overcome my fear of public speaking ultimately led me to start supporting other women in becoming confident public speakers. The reason?
